OSHIOMHOLE, APC – NOT A THREAT TO OKOWA’S RE-ELECTION .........ITIHWE

Sir(Chief)Dr. Amos Itihwe – DESOPADEC Commissioner representing Ughelli South, Udu, Uvwie and Urhobos of Warri South have reacted to the Statement made by Comr. Adams Oshiomhole – former governor of Edo State.

Oshiomhole at a mega rally,of the APC in Benin City on Friday  mentioned that he will sack Okowa and install an APC governor in Delta State come 2019.

Itihwe during an interview session condemned the uncontrolled Statement of Adams Oshiomhole – the former governor of Edo State.

Itihwe asserted that Oshiomhole only showed shallow sense of political reasoning born-out of frustration presently caused by his party – the APC in Nigeria adding that he lack the political stand and courage to contend with politics in Delta State.

It is a shameful thing that APC  rose to power on the wings of Change with deceptive promises to the people but have been exposed by their poor performance characterised by killings, hunger, unemployment, starvation, inflation, decay in infrastructures, suffocating symptoms of underdevelopment, electoral inadequacies and unprecedented corruption.

APC is fake and full of empty and failed promises to the people – like saying they will stabilize the Naira at 1 USD = 1NGN, create 720,000 jobs in the 36 states in the federation yearly which is 20,000 per state, pay allowances of discharged corps members while unemployed, provide free education to Tertiary level for students in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and education fields, pay N5000 monthly to the 25 million poorest Nigerians.

It is no longer news that Nigerians are no more interested in APC and will change this horrible change in 2019.

Itihwe mentioned that Delta State have always been PDP and will remain so. Deltans will through their votes re-elect His Excellency, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa in 2019 for a second term because his SMART works speak volume of his developmental strides in Delta State. He also added that Okowa have proven his love for the good people of Delta State through prudent management of the scarce resources at his disposal to undertake over 40 road constructions, empowerment of over 12,000 youths through YAGEP and STEP, upgrade of over three Technical colleges to world standard amidst renovation of primary and secondary schools.

It is a known fact that APC has no impact in Delta State – hence those who could not cope with the present reforms of the PDP, took the centre stage of APC when they defected.
Itihwe describe Oshiomhole’s statement as that which is under the influence of an external liquor or substance as it has nothing to do with reality. APC have no place in Delta State and the PDP will regain power at the center come 2019.
