Distinguish Hon Ben Roland Igbakpa lauds the Giant strides of delta state governor over the proposed 30,000bpd  Modula refineries.

The Ethiope Federal beneficiary of Partisan Immunity and Frontline Aspirant, House of representatives, Ethiope Federal Constituency,  Hon Ben Igbakpa, salutes the Executive Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Gov. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa over the proposed 30,000bpd Modula Refineries in all 3 senatorial districts of Delta State ( Delta Central, North and South)

Igbakpa made it known though a phone call conversation though One of his aids from his holidays ,commending the Smart Governor for tailoring his administrative agenda in swift adjustment to exon technical trends and obedience to the rules of equity, fairness and state-character .

"The Smart Governor, His Excellency, Dr Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, and his smart people-centric Agenda has gained a higher mark in administrative excellence.

While commending the Smart Governor, Hon Ben Rolland Igbakpa  also  commend all Deltans for their cooperative aura and reception towards the Smart Administration .

"We also appreciate the law abiding and peaceful  people of Delta State for the detribalized and strict social contract implementation relationship they maintain with  the State Governor
