Deacon Otuaro Is An Outstanding Deltan. –Esiso
The People's Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman Delta State Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Barr Kingsley Otuaro, as he turns 52 years on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
Esiso, in his Congratulatory message described the Deputy Governor of Delta State Deacon Barr Kingsley Otuaro , saying the Deputy Governor has support the STRONGER DELTA of Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa led Administration to improve the economic well-being of Deltans and deserves more credit in this respect.‘ Deacon Barr Kingsley Otuaro occupies a special place in the hearts of the people. He is a true Deltan and will always be noted in history as such.”
In a well-tailored message to the Deputy Governor of Delta State on his 52th birthday, Esiso described Otuaro as a distinguished Deltan a vibrant and exemplary party man , a distinguish personality with an extra ordinary legacies who has touched the lives of the People in his senatorial district and Delta at large. “ Barrister Kingsley Otuaro is an outstanding Deltan. He epitomizes many good things,” he said.
