INOAGHAN: ANIRAH IS ON HIS OWN.

The attention of Hon.(Chief) Eugene Inoaghan, has been drawn to a misleading report circulating on social media of a purported meeting of leaders/stakeholders of Sapele Local Government Area, led by Chief Felix Anirah, wherein a candidate for the State PDP Chairmanship position was picked.

He wishes to state categorically and emphatically that there was no time leaders and stakeholders of PDP in Sapele LGA, met to discuss the position of state Chairman of PDP Delta State. And that the beguiling information regarding the said meeting was fabricated from the figment of imagination of the authors.

He is therefore using this medium to inform the general public to disregard the spoofing report authored by the said leaders and stakeholders of PDP in Sapele LGA.

Matte-of-factly, it is unequivocal with verifiable evidences that Chief Kingsley Esiso, continues to be a great pillar and beacon of light for the Party in Sapele Local Government Area. His unsurpassed contribution towards the infrastructural and human capital development of Sapele is extraordinary.

In this connection, the Chairman is cognizant of the view of the State Party caucus, that Party officers are entitled to a second tenure, particularly when they have performed creditably as exemplified by Chief Kingsley Esiso. Moreso, Party offices are not indigenized because every party consist of people from different ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds. Therefore, indigenizing the position of State Party Chairman is antithetical to a Party's political development.

Finally, he is therefore restating his unflinching and unalloyed support for a second tenure for Okakuro (Barr.) Kingsley Esiso as State Chairman of the PDP Delta State. This is to enable him consolidate on the remarkable landmark achievements which the party witnessed during his first tenure and indeed, the developmental strides that are dotted across the landscape of Sapele Local Government Area, in particular and Delta State in general.

Signed:

Tagbarha Malcolm, (FHNR)
Chief Press Secretary
To Sapele LGA Chairman
