Since joining public service, he has never been unwary of critics because he understand the benefits of good criticism for a leader.
However, when criticism becomes destructive and intended to score cheap political relevance, he also draws a lesson from the words of Dele Carnegie, that says "Any fool can criticize, complain and condemn, and most fools do" but it takes great character and self esteemed to be understanding and forgiving".
