POLITICAL ADVISER TO GOVERNOR OKOWA SAYS PDP HAS THE STRUCTURE TO WIN COUNCIL POLLS.

The political Adviser to the Delta State  Governor Hon Omimi Esquire says the People's Democratic Party PDP has the structure to win the forthcoming  council pools in the twenty five local time areas of the state.Hon Esquire who was speaking to Journalists in Government House Asaba said Delta State was home for  PDP in addition to the excellent performance of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa that endeared the party to Deltans.

He said to boost the fortunes of the party,there will be no imposition of candidates on the electorates and advised all contestants under the platform of the party  to go and sell their manifestos to the grassroots.The political Adviser said the Governor,s skills acquisition programmes have raised alot of young entrepreneurs and meaningfully engaged the youths and called on those yet to benefit to enroll themselves into the scheme.

 In road construction, building and equipping of hospitals and schools,promotion of ethnic harmony, appointment and empowerment of youths as well as total transformation of all sectors Hon Esquire scored the Governor high and enjoined him not to allow the lingering economic downturn derail his developmental master plan.

He equally called on Deltans to reciprocate the good job of Senator Okowa by giving him a second tenure in 2019 to enable him record more feat.The governor's political Adviser enjoined all stakeholders of the PDP to be in the vanguard of ideals that will promote peace and all round Development of the state.
On the broadcast of President Muhammad Buhari Hon Esquire appealed to Nigerians to give him time to settle down adding that with united front Nigeria will summount it's obvious challenges.
