ETHIOPE FEDERAL: BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN MEDIOCRITY AND EXCELLENCE.

Paradigms differ from time to time, but perceptions need to be transformed into reality and facts in order to celebrate wisdom and discover greatness.

The gap between perception of self and the reality of our unlimited potential is the cause of discomfort among mediocre in our constituency today. Above all, this gap has caused many to drown in the rivers of self-doubt which has promoted low level representation and unbearable lack all over Ethiope Federal Constituents in recent time.  Thus, there is need for us to undergo the process of identifying our own potential greatness (potential representative), by so doing, we will move from our state of mediocrity to our state of actual design (excellence).

This gap has caused a great divide between the ethiope federal constituency representative and her constituents, this divide has reduced the progress of our current developmental state from where it ought to be; the reality is that we have to bridge the gap with courage and full consciousness of the challenges, difficulties, obstacles, and sometimes, excitement.

In bridging the gap, we need a proactive representative who can genuinely stand for something and brightly reflect those standards, one who is willing to put everything on the line for what he believe in. We need HON. BEN IGBAKPA.

I often implore people to embrace the spirit of excellence, because it builds your reputation and allows it speak volume on your behalf.

Over the years I have watched HON. BEN IGBAKPA reputation been built by the spirit of excellence he always implore towards human capital development. Just like climbing a ladder, the next rung cannot be reached until the grip on the previous rung is released. Ethiope Federal Constituency needs to release the grip of her previous rung in order to climb her next rung so as to bridge the gap between mediocrity and excellence.

Ethiope Federal Constituency yearn for a proactive leader who has the spirit of fairness and equity running in his gene, one who is not self centered, but carries the people at heart. We need a strong human capitalist, we need HON. BEN. IGBAKPA.

Let’s judge history right by not betraying or selling our mandate, let’s bridge the gap between mediocrity and excellence with people of great potentials.
