Gov. Okowa's Spokesman, Aniagwu to empower constituents

CHIEF Press Secretary to the Governor of Delta State, Mr Charles Aniagwu is set to give out empowerment packages worth millions of Naira in appreciation of the people of Akumazi-Umuocha in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State.

In a statement in Asaba Wednesday, the Governor's Spokesman said the appreciation is coming on the heels of the success recorded by the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Ika North East Local Government and Delta State in general in the just concluded Local Government Council Elections in the State.

Mr Aniagwu noted that the people of his Ward came out enmasse to cast their votes for the Chairman Hon. Victor Ebonka and the councillorship candidates of the party in the area because of the good leadership traits and massive empowerment and stock of infrastructure provided by the Governor Ifeanyi Okowa led administration.

The Statement further said the empowerment programme comes up today Wednesday 10th January, 2018 at  Akumazi-Umuocha, Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State at 2pm prompt.

He urged the people to extend same level of support to the party in the 2019 general elections as the party is desirous to improve on the living condition of the people through the SMART AGENDA of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
