The Group led by Comr Elvis Akpobi Majority visited the principal Secretary to Delta State Governor Mr Hilary Obi Ibegbulem With presentation of materials meant for distribution in the course of the ANTI-CULT AND DRUG ABUSE, ADDICTION CAMPAIGN AMONG YOUNG NIGERIANS .
