In the context of good governance and on the slogan of 'Prosperity for all Deltans ' that is been experienced in this current administration, Some PDP Chieftains and former aspirants of Delta State House of Assembly in Warri South Local government, Chief Peter Agidi,  Ejiro Okumagba Julius Ebelepkeya and Edema Fuludu vows to deliver our working Governor Sen. Dr Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa  and PDP flag bearer House of Assembly Warri South Constituency II Hon Mathew Poko Opuoru come 2019.

In an interview with the press, They appraised the Governor's legacies in the area of health, education, infrastructural developments and human capital empowerment which serves as a motivation to support his reelection.
