The teachers, parents and pupils in Oton Primary school, Sapele will not forget in a hurry the kind gesture of Comr Benson Okorodudu SSA to the Governor of Delta State on Community Development as he put smiles on their faces by paying the enrollment fees for all the Primary Six pupils of the School.
Comr Okorodudu who was once a pupil of the
School was received by the headmistress of the school Mrs Morgan and other members of the teaching staff, he commended the hard working teachers for their dedication and commitment to their job.
According to him ''my main reason of coming is to support the primary Six pupils with their enrollment fees as a way of giving back to the school I once attended"
The SSA to the Governor also promised to give the headmistress' office a new face lift within the next 3 weeks as he called on other old pupils of the school to assist government by supporting the school in their little capacities.
Highlight of the event was the presentation of the cash amount of the pupils enrollment fees to the headmistress who appreciated Okorodudu for his magnanimity.
Comr Okorodudu was accompanied by the leader of Sapele Legislative Arm, Rt Hon Adibor Igho, Mr Goodluck Arimitan former Secretary to Sapele LGA, PDP Ward 4 Chairman, Hon Bright Abeke SSA to the Governor, High Comr Samson Onoriode SSA to the Governor on Community development, Mr Igbise, Chairman PDP Ward 4, Sapele Local Government Area And host of others.
