OTUARO CONGRATULATE MANAGER ON HIS 59TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY

The Deputy Governor Delta State Deacon Barr Kingsley Otuaro has congratulated the Distinguished Senator representing Delta South Sen. James Ebiowou on the occasion of his birthday.
