Delta at 28: Opuoru Salutes Deltans, Okowa As We Celebrate Our 28th Anniversary

On behalf of the leaders and the good People of Warri South Constituency II. I, Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru , Member Representing Warri South Constituency 2 at the Delta State House of Assembly, heartily rejoice and Felicitate with His Executive, the Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, his Deputy, Bar. Kingsley Otuaro , the Speaker Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori and indeed the entire People of Delta State on this auspicious of the 28th Anniversary of our beloved State.

Our dear State to the glory of God, the witnessed tremendous growth since its creation 28 years ago, of a note is the Peace and Unit that have continued to exist among the ethnic Nationalities in the state, in spite of our diversity .

It is our sincere prayer that God will continue to protect the leadership of the state under our amiable and hardworking Governor His Excellency Governor of Delta State, Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Okowa the wisdom to take our great to a greate hight.
