Institute of Politics at Harvard University, in the United States of America, has recognised Dr (Barrister) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, as a creative resource scholar in Strategic Communication.

The Institute after screening articles submitted by the EA Communications, enlisted him as a contributor on governance and electioneering dynamics, with reference to trends and developments in Nigeria.

Oghenesivbe is currently a postgraduate scholar at the Department of Mass Communication, University of Lagos, where he obtained Masters Degree in Public and International Affairs, MPIA and LL.B Degree in Law.
