The Member Representing the good People of Warri South Constituency 2 Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru today 20/01/2020 continued his Empowerment Scheme for the people of his constituency. Hon. Opuoru gave out the sum of one million naira to the chairman of peoples democratic party, Pessu ward, in Warri south local government area.
The Executive Chairman of Warri South Local Government Council Dr. Michael Tidi who presented the cheque of one million naira ( N1,000,000) to Pessu ward chairman Hon. (Engr) Sunny Egbe on behalf of Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru urged other stakeholders of the party to emulate the kind gesture of Hon. Opuoru.
Earlier this year Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru gave two ward chairmen car gifts and his grassroot Empowerment Scheme in December gave 200 persons #5000 naira as monthly allowance for the next four years.
