The Member Representing the Good People Warri South Constituency 2 in Delta State House Assembly Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru Congratulates His Excellency, Sen (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, the Executive Governor of Delta State on his emergence as Chairman,  South South PDP Governors Forum.
