Afejuku Condemns The Killing Of Mr Joseph Pessu By The Nigeria Army
The Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Special Duties, a Chieftain of the People's Democratic Party PDP Comrade Edwin Afejuku has condemned in totality the killing of Mr Joseph Pessu by the Nigeria Army.
He said those Army Involved has no right to claim the life of Innocent Citizen noting that there are so many ways to carry out the sit at home order without killing any citizen or causing unrest, he described the action of the Nigeria Army as wicked, satanic and lack of Professionalism in the discharge of his duty.
Afejuku who made this known to newsmen after the Incident today in his discomforted and glum mood described the death of late Mr Joseph Pessu as a painful, sadden and quite unfortunate, he commiserated with the family of late Mr Joseph Pessu and the People of Pessu Community in Warri South local government area over the death of their beloved son, late Joseph Pessu.
He admonished the family to stay calm that the state government will do everything within her power to carry out a thorough investigation over the death of their son and that the culprit will surely face the wrath of the law, he assured.
He said, the father of the deceased Mr Monday Pessu is a man of honor and reputation, who is a leader in his Ward, Pessu Ward in warri south local government area of Delta State.
He sincerely sends his condolences message to the entire family to take solace in God Almighty, that it's only Jehovah father that knows what happened to their beloved son, Late Joseph Pessu, he added.
He prayed God almighty to grant his soul eternal rest in Jesus name Amen.
