The Delta State Chairman of the People's Democratic Party PDP Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso has felicitated with the former Managing Director/ CEO  of Delta state Oil Producing Areas Development commission ( DESOPADEC) Olorogun Williams Makinde on the occasion of his 59th Birthday Celebration.
