Onyeme Hails Delta Deputy Governor Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro At 52
In a Statement by his Media Aide Mr Wilson Osemele today in Warri, Onyeme applauded Otuaro for his immense contributions and support towards achieving successes in the Smart Agenda as well as recording huge progresses in the Stronger Delta Agenda of Dr Ifeanyi Okowa's led administration.
He described Barr. Kingsley Otuaro as a reliable personality, a Party man, dependable, God fearing, humble and Peace loving maintaining that his outstanding contributions, insight and forthrightness in serving the people of Delta State deserves to be commended.
