Who is a leader?
A leader is a person that people follow, that leads by example, he is an arsenal of ideas, he is a think thank, a goal getter and a bridge builder. A political leader must be an astute administrator, a counsellor, a mentor to his followers and a role model.
He should be able be able to understand the techniques, rudiments and mechanism of politics. A leader must be intellectually sound and fearless and must be able to stand for the truth and for justice. The service of a leader should be centred on giving and not receiving.
A leader must be humble, gentle, peace loving, accommodating, tolerant, accessible, charitable, hospitable, temperate and courageous. He should never be over whelmed or caught unguarded by circumstances or task.
Looking critically at the current developmental strides in delta state politically and the strategic calmness experienced in the state among political class and also taking critical view of the leadership Patten of the ruling political class in the state, this can only be attributed to a sound leadership character been displayed by a charismatic, visionary and proactive leader.
Manning the helm of affairs politically as the chief adviser to the leadership of the state and other organs of governance. This current pragmatic leadership has covered every aspect of Delta state politically and have left an overwhelming positive result on every nook and crannies of the state.
Using Sapele as a case study, Sapele was a sleeping town in terms of development and new innovations but since the inception of the current leadership of the state Sapele has experienced massive development in terms of roads, infrastructure and political appointments.
This is not mere a coincidence but purely driven by a driving force from a visionary leader that is politically rooted in sapele that grew from the unit level political to man the affairs of state.
This leader is a rare gem, he is a seasoned and dynamic politician who understands the techniques, rudiments and mechanism of the present day politics.
He speak with so much humor and eloquence with so much oratory skills that everyone looks forward to listening to. He knows the game of politics from the grassroot level to the highest level, he is a firm bridge builder between the mass, the party structure and the governance structure.
With his political office and leadership style he has been able to draw government attention to different areas in Sapele that needs government intervention.
His people centered style of leadership make it easy for the people and government to work in harmony in creating a better and peaceful Sapele community over the years.
He is the complete definition of leadership as stated above, he is a leader per excellence. If i May ask who is this leader we are talking about... Who is this complete Safarian who have given out so much in Selfless and exemplary leadership? Who is this man that has shown so much love and compassion politically to the people of Sapele and Delta state as a whole?
