The Executive Chairman Delta State Board of Internal Revenue DBIR Sir Monday John Onyeme has stated that due to the uncommon and Progressive milestone  achievements recorded by Dr Ifeanyi Okowa's led administration, it is unarguable to say that the Electoral Victory of Dr Ifeanyi Okowa come 2019 is totally secured.

Onyeme who disclosed this recently as he took financial Empowerment to Ndemili Community in Ndokwa West Local Government Area said “When we as Deltans assess  the Scorecard of Dr Ifeanyi  Okowa, we feel very excited because he has done marvellously well in all ramifications. The Infrastructural Growth has really been felt in all the Senatorial Districts  despite the low Federal Allocations . Dr Ifeanyi Okowa in the face of the dwindling economy has Indeed transformed the State to an enviable height" Onyeme added.

While Giving out Financial Empowerment to the Indigenes/Party faithfuls in Ndemili Ward 3 in  Ndokwa West LGA, he revealed that  the Financial Empowerment is to ensure that Indigenes/Party faithfuls in Ndemili Community are Productive and self reliance in their areas of business Professionalism, noting that the Financial Empowerment received by the beneficiaries is in line with the SMART Agenda of Dr Ifeanyi Okowa's Administration.

Further Speaking, he called on all Indigenes of Indemili Community not to relent in Standing firm behind the Okowa's led administration, noting that the Prosperity for all Deltans that is enshrined in the SMART Agenda of the Okowa led administration is to better the lives of all Deltans as he urged the Indigenes to take advantage of the Ongoing Voters Registration Exercise which he described as the ticket to return Dr Ifeanyi Okowa back to Government House Comes 2019.
