The State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Barr Kingsley Esiso has described Patani as a home for the peoples democratic party. He stated this today 28/11/2017 while addressing party faithfuls who came out in their thousands to welcome the Smart Governor Sen Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and PDP Executives and other party leaders for the official beginning of campaigns, as the state chairman of PDP presents flag to Barr Perez Omoun chairmanship candidate of PDP in Patani LGA for the January 6 local government elections.

With what i have seen today, it is obvious that we only have PDP as a party in Patani local government area said Esiso. Our women and youths have demonstrated that they are fully on ground to deliver the party in any election. I want to thank you all for carefully selecting these candidates who have tremendous support and goodwill from the people. We have heard stories of people decamping on Facebook but we never knew it was all fake. All the who and who in Patani are here today to celebrate with the PDP, for January 6 is as good as won already with caliber and number of persons we have here today. As the pastor of PDP, i prophesie victory for Barr Perez Omoun and our 19 councillors.

I have confidence in Barr Perez Omoun and his team to deliver the dividend of democracy to Patani people. He will consolidate on the gains of the smart governor by ensuring that our women and youths are well taken care of. Omoun has assured me that he will not disappoint the party and the people who elected him to serve them said Esiso.

As you go home, ensure you look for your voters card and keep because we believe in winning elections as a party. We will prove to the world that our smart governor has done well for our people with our votes. Let me thank you for supporting the Smart Governor who's impact is visible for the blind to see.
