GOV OKOWA'S ACHIEVEMEMNTS ARE ON COURSE-ESISO

In the quest to access the administration of His Excellency, The Chairman Delta State People's Democratic Party (PDP) Olorogun Barr. Kingsley Esiso has describe Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa's administration as a fruitful accomplished administration.
He commended His Excellency for his massive infrastructural concern in which he has proved fourth in his administration by making every effort to make sure every citizens of the state benefits.
The Chairman further appreciated Gov Okowa for the massive achievement he has put in place in the Health Sector,Road Construction,Educational Sector, Human Capital Development, the Welfare concern of the civil servants and the citizens just to mention but a few.
Barr Kingsley Esiso concluded by thanking God for the life of His Excellency who understands the plight of his citizens and which he knows he is doing his best to make sure dividends of governance is felt by all before his tenure elapses.
