Desist From Rumour-Mongering And Sycophancy, Uduaghan Urges Deltans .....Described Chief Ibori As A National Leader With A Forgiving Spirit.

The Immediate Past Governor of Delta State Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan has called on Deltans to desist from rumour mongering and Sycophancy saying there is no gain in dragging the Reputation of any man to the mud just for Personal gains.

Uduaghan who made this known yesterday at the reception Ceremony in honour of the former Governor of Delta State Chief James Onanefe Ibori described Chief Ibori as a National Leader with a very big forgiving Spirit.

While calling on Deltans and Nigerians at large to give Chief James Ibori the needed Support as he deals with issues, he said "When Chief James Ibori was away, some Persons came up with rumours that himself (Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan) did not visit Ibori in the United kingdom, he noted that , will I (Dr Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan) start making  announcement that I have gone to united Kingdom to visit my brother, Chief Ibori is my brother and that is why am here today"he added.

Furthermore, the Executive Governor of Delta State Sen.Dr Ifeanyi Okowa described  the former Governor of Delta State Chief Onanefe Ibori as a Leader, A bridge builder who deserves to be Celebrated by all noting that Chief James Ibori is responsible for the foundation of Infrastructural Development in the state, revealing that Chief Ibori's Political Structure cuts across all corners in the Country.

"I am the most Lucky Governor in the Country, the only Governor that both the immediate and Past Governor in the State are still Standing firmly with in given their unflinching support" he added.

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus in his Speech described Chief James Onanefe Ibori as not just a Political Leader in Delta State but a Political Leader in the Country, he said Chief Ibori is a distinguished Personality who believes in the "Young SHALL Grow"

While maintaining that Chief James Ibori has come back for good, he revealed that Chief James Ibori is a factor to Consider in the Politics of this Country because of his immense Contributions to Nation Building and his sterling Leadership Prowess which cannot be forgotten in a hurry, as he noted that Chief Ibori must be Celebrated because he his a man for the People.

Furthermore, Prince Uche Secondus described the Okowa's led administration as an administration that has Performed beyond every reasonable doubt noting that PDP States are the only states that has fulfilled their Campaign Promises, "Delta State is the only state with Political Stability in terms of Successions where all the Governors from beginning till date belongs to one Political Party, which deserves to be Commended" he said.

The PDP National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus who commends Deltans for their steadfastness towards the Party, said the PDP remains the only political party that can rescue Nigerians from the maladministration of the All Progressive Congress (APC)
