One of the Grassroot trailblazer, leader and Political mobilizer of the Okere Urhobo Kingdom, in Warri South Local Government Area, in the person of Hon Matthew Poko Opuoru and his Entourage paid a Courtesy visit to the State People's Democratic Party(P.D.P.) Chairman, in his Swiss Villa in Sapele on 25/03/18.

Hon Matthew Poko Opuoru, SSA Political to His Excellency, Executive Governor of Delta State, Sen Dr Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, to revealed the purpose of visitation, by making his glorious and meritorious Intention(s) of Contesting for the Office, of the State Constituency, Warri South II, Particularly in the Delta State House of Assembly(DTHA) known to the State Chairman PDP, in the person of Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso, in his Palatial Swiss Villa in Sapele, in order to put the record straight, the Delta State House of Assembly Hopeful, who was one time SA Special Duties and at another time Commissioner Special Duties, Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission(DESOPADEC), in the previous Political Dispensation of His Excellency Dr Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan.

The front line Political leader and Grassroot Mobilizer of the Okere Urhobo Extraction in Warri South Local Government Area, who has also Contested for the above mention seat/office in 2011, 2015 and presently for 2019 respectively and now on the Race Again. I must mentioned here without fear of molestation or victimization, that Hon Matthew Poko Opuoru, is one Candidate, who have been defeated in two consecutive Primaries, he never double deal, to any other Political Party and has remained steadfast with his party, The People's Democratic Party(PDP).

Barr Kingsley Esiso, in his swift response and reply to the Candidate, said that there must be a level playing ground for all the Primaries and admonished the Okere Urhobo born Candidate, to consult widely with the leaders in his Constituency, in order for him to have a safe landing.

The State PDP Chairman, in the person of Olorogun Kingsley Esiso, further advised the Candidate, to Consult the Almighty Father, His family and his Conscience, that they all needed to agree in harmony, for him to affirm and achieve Victory for his desired ambition(s).

Finally and in summary Barr Kingsley Esiso, also mention that he does not support Aspirant(s) and that he only gives his support to Candidates and he anointed Hon Opuoru Candidacy with special prayers and admonitions and that he should engage his leaders in wide consultations, in order for him to be magnanimous in victory in the forth coming House of Assembly Primaries.
