In a quest of having a credible candidate to represent the good people of Warri South Constituency 2 under the platform of People's Democratic Party (PDP) Hon Eugene Ebisin, a former Secretary to Warri South Local Government and presently the Special Assistance to the Governor on Community Development declares his intention to run in the forth coming election to represent Warri South Constituency 2 in the Delta State House Of Assembly.

Hon Eugene Ebisin made this disclosure during a chart with newsmen in Warri Stating further that a vibrant and concern filled personality needs to represent the good people of Warri South Constituency 2 to make the constituency fill a better representation.

He further disclose that an ideology of progress must be the focus of any aspirant to achieve the set goals of good governance.

Hon Eugene Ebisin making himself available to serve the good people conclusively charged the people of Warri South constituency 2 to support the best aspirant with vision and ideology to channel down the dividends of democracy to the constituency which we all belong.
