We Must Resist The Plans Of The APC Lead Administration - Omimi

Warri - The political adviser to the Delta state governor Hon Omimi Esquire has called on Nigerians to resist the plans of the APC lead administration of president Buhari on the illegality and unlawful suspension of the embattled Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) His Lordship Walter Onnoghen.
The call was made during the visit of a PDP support group "Association For Ethical Awareness in Nigeria (AFEAN)". The political adviser clearly stated that, " The APC led administration is planning anarchy in form of a tyrannical act just in a bid to win the 2019 general election poll through unconstitutional means which are seen to be backed by some constitutional institution of the judiciary (CCT)."
"The judiciary and Nigerians must be able to identify the Rights from the Wrongs and, stand by the truth in order to sustain Nigeria's democratic process. Let the APC led administration do the right thing as stipulated in the constitution of Nigeria as amended in 1999 by following the laid down provisions on how a CJN can be removed."
He noted that the CJN embattlement is a clampdown on the Judiciary which is a Arm of government. "Just a day to the constituting of the election tribunal, the APC led administration is trying as much as to frustrate the progressiveness of the nation all in a bid to win elections. The APC government has failed Nigerians in the provision of good governance and as such should be voted out. The fear of the imminent defeat staring the APC had led them to implore unconstitutional means to frustrate the judiciary and, having overtime battled the legislative Arm of government.
The political adviser to the Delta state governor tasked the group to embark on more awareness campaign on " Ethics " in a bid to orientate the citizens on their fundamental human rights and good morales that will aid good governance in the state and nation at large.
The Delta State coordinator of Association For Ethical Awareness in Nigeria (AFEAN) Patriot John Mejirose Uyarogho gave the assurance that the group is doing everything within her power to instill good values in the citizens of Nigeria especially during this political era with plans to do more. He said the group will ensure that PDP candidates across the federation will be delivered.
While the South - South zonal coordinator of the group Hon Patrick Efejuku reassures the political adviser that the group is working fully with the PDP National and Delta state to perfect plans on ensuring that Governor Okowa returns to government house and Alhaji Atiku Abubakar emerge President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria comes 2019 respectively after the 2019 general election polls.
The highpoint of the visit was the acceptance by the political adviser to the Delta state governor to be the patron of AFEAN Delta state chapter and, a group photograph.
