Esiso Hails Father of Government, Prof Sam Oyovbaire @ 78

The Delta State Chairman of the People's Democratic Party PDP Olorogun Barr Kingsley Esiso has felicitated with Prof. Sam Oyovbaire, the Ogbiroro of Okpe on the occasion of his 78 years Birthday Celebrations.

Esiso in his Congratulatory messages issued in his residence in Sapele, describe Prof Sam Oyovbaire as the father of Delta State Government, a scholar per excellent, a political scientists of international repute,  a distinguish personality with an extra ordinary legacies who has touched the lives of the People in Delta State and Nigeria at large.

While Congratulating Prof Sam Oyovbiare on the occasion of his birthday Celebration, he maintained that the immense contributions of the immediate past Chairman Advisory and Peace Building Council in standing for the Development of our great party cannot be forgotten in a hurry, as he Prayed for God Almighty to continue to bless Prof Sam Oyovbaire with Good health and long life.
