DESOPADEC OFFICIALLY COMMISSION (6) CLASSROOMS BLOCK AND CONSTRUCTION OF 350 METERS ROAD AT ISOKO SOUTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
The managing Director /CEO of Delta state Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) Chief Bashorun Askia Ogieh with Director of Project, Rt Hon Mayuku and other Directors today Officially Commission the newly Renovated Building of Eight (8) Classrooms block, OWHOLOMO Primary School at OLOMORO and Construction of 350 METERS Road at OLEH in Isoko South local government area of Delta state.
While addressing news men shortly after the commissioning the CEO of DESOPADEC Chief Bashorun Askia Ogieh, said that the Present Board Of DESOPADEC will executed people oriented projects in communities within the mandate areas of the Commission and also promise the oil bearing Communities harvest of projects in line with the SMART agenda of Senator Dr Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa . He concluded by saying that the present desopadec board will deliver the dividend of Prosperity to the Oil bearing communities.
The Executive Director Projects in the board of DESOPADEC, Rt Hon Barr itsekirimi Daniel Mayuku praised the commitment of members of the DESOPADEC Board, whose utmost concern is to bring the dividends of democracy to the people, through improved development across the oil producing areas of the state, He said: "We will continue to work in unity to bring the much development to the grassroot. We will never go to sleep at all .
"For us, we shall continue to deliver projects for our people. There will be no stoppage in the execution of projects. Our people will continue to see new projects
You can see this is the first Projects Commission by DESOPADEC in the short period .the standard of the projects speak volume and the people who are the immediate beneficiaries are happy because they are given exactly what they want.
While soliciting the cooperation of all Deltans, especially the oil bearing communities, Hon Mayuku said that the government of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa and entire members of the Chief Bashorun Askia Ogieh led DESOPADEC Board major concern was to transform the nooks and cranies of the oil bearing communities of Delta state.
The commissioning of the projects in Olomoro and Oleh attracted Traditional Chiefs, politicians, youth groups, women groups , staff and students of the school, all in attendance
