The Member Representing Warri South Constituency 2 in Delta State House of Assembly Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru has congratulated the His Excellency Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on his victory at the election petition tribunal.

Opuoru who address Press men Immediately after the Judgement today at the Delta State Capital, Asaba, Opuoru described the Victory as a Victory for Good Governance, a Victory for Deltans, victory for the People's Democratic Party PDP and a victory to achieve the Stronger Delta Agenda of the Okowa's led administration.
