3. The inauguration ceremony of the above statutory Board and Agencies as well as the swearing-in of the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries will take place at Unity Hall, Old Government House, Asaba at 12noon on the said 18th October, 2019.
4. Accordingly, the nominees, their families and other invited guests are to be seated by 11:30am for the event, please.
