CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION: ONYEME WISHES TAXPAYERS A HAPPY CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION AND A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE

The Executive Chairman Delta State Board of Internal Revenue Sir Monday John Onyeme has Congratulated taxpayers on the Occassion Of Christmas Celebration which symbolises the Birth of Jesus Christ

He admonished them to use this Christmas Celebration to reflect on the events that have defined us as people as it relates with the teachings of Christ which is the reason for the season, we must reflects on its very essence, which symbolically heralds the birth of our Lord Jesus to reconcile mankind to our creator.

While wishing taxpayers a Merry Christmas And a Prosperous New Year in advance, he reminded them to kick start the filing of their annual tax returns for the year 2019 noting that its important for us to bear that in mind, he called on all taxable persons to embrace taxation revealing that defaulting of tax Payment is a crime and Christ teachings did not encourage crime in our Society.
