The Executive Chairman Delta State Board of Internal Revenue Sir Monday John Onyeme has stated that the Board will embarked on Joint Patrol with the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC to track down fake Drivers/Vehicle licences, he said the drivers licence and vehicle licences are key players in enhancing the Internally Generated Revenue of the State.
Onyeme who made this known yesterday when he received the Delta State Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Mr Isaac Ocheja Ameh described the visit as timely, he admonished the FRSC to Support the Government in terms of revenue generation by the enforcement of laws that will discourage fake drivers/Vehicle licences hence ensuring that anyone caught in such acts faces grievious punishment.
The Delta State Sector Commander of Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC Mr Isaac Ocheja Ameh thanked the DBIR Board Chairman Sir Monday John Onyeme for his Steadfastness and Commitment towards Service Delivery, he described Monday Onyeme as a man who has shown impressive commitment towards the Continous Increase of the Internally Generated Revenue of the State.
He maintained that the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC will continue to work very closely with the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue for increase revenue generation noting that the joint Patrol between FRSC and the Board team will ease the tracking of fake drivers/vehicle licences.
