SOPHIA ODOGWU: A NAME SYNONYMOUS WITH ELEGANCE, PIETY AND CLASS.

Mrs Sophia Odogwu will always remain a woman who needs little or no introduction. As her keen observer, I have noticed that whenever she enters any gathering or place, she appears to carry with her an electrifying aura or charisma which spontaneously makes her the cynosure of eyes and attention.

Like or hate her, there's no denying it that Madam Sophia is truly a blessed woman. Yes, I have watched her closely enough over the years to confidently affirm this. Indeed, she is so graced that almost everything she handles comes with some sort of Midas touch to it.

Let me cite just two examples to substantiate my submissions.

It is said that charity should begin at home. Herein, Mrs Sophia has been able to successfully navigate her paths in order to emerge as a dedicated wife, mother, in- law and mentor particularly to her children and to upcoming or aspiring mothers.

 I honestly agree that she's a disciplinarian but again, she has been able to navigate and intermix this attribute with high doses of affection and care thereby earning for herself the admiration and gratitude of her husband, Comrade Dantes and equally of her beloved children.

At the career level, Mrs Odogwu is a well known face in the Protocol Team of Gov Okowa. Aside being reputed as one of the most congenial and resourceful in the team, Mrs Odogwu's comportment is noted to have significantly contributed to making the Governor's Protocol Team scandal-free unlike many other high- profile Protocol Teams that are constantly smeared in other political climes.

I can go on endlessly in outlining the virtues that define Madam Sophia Odogwu as a different specie from the mass of mainly average female politicians but this piece is not contrived as a biography.

Ma, I join your numerous admirers, well wishers, political mentees and family members to celebrate you on this auspicious day of your joy.

My prayer for you is simply this: may your life continue to be characterized by longevity, sound health and Divinely- crafted prosperity. May your generation continue to thank God for the day you were born because of your life of impact on humanity.
