The honorable member representing Warri South Constituency 2 in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru on behalf of the good people of Warri South Constituency 2 heartily congratulates our amiable Governor His Excellency, Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi A Okowa on his victory today at the Supreme Court Abuja where his Governorship election was reaffirmed as winner of the 2019 Gubernatorial Election in Delta State.

Hon. Opuoru thanked the good people of Warri South and the enire Deltans for standing very firm with His Excellency Gov, Okowa till the end.He said that the victory is a confirmation of the people's choice. the victory is dedicated to God almighty and all Deltans.
