DELTA PDP: SAPELE STOP POLITICS OF ACRIMONY

Over the years the activities of the leadership of People's Democratic Party PDP, Delta State Chapter has been smoothly zoned, agreed and harmonised whereby the then pioneer State Party Chairman, Sen James Manager 1998–1999 of the Delta South from Bomadi LGA, and Ijaw ethnic nationality was never asked to produce him, likewise Engr Capt Pius Sinebe 1999–2006 of the Delta South from Patani LGA, and the Ijaws was never asked to produce him either.

Thereafter, Chief Emmanuel Ogidi 2006–2008 of the Delta South from Isoko South LGA, the Isokos was never asked to produce him, then Hon. Barrister Peter O. Nwaoboshi 2008–2014 of the Delta North in Oshimili North LGA was never asked to produce him  nor Chief Edwin C.O. Uzor 2014–2016 of the same Delta North in Oshimili North was never asked to produce him.

Sapele, please stop this politics of acrimony, why do you want to cause confusion and disunity in Delta central, stop being used to achieve some selfish and personal interest.

Delta Central is a one united PDP family since the reign of Late Olorogun Felix Ibru, the then first executive governor of Delta State.

Remember, Urhobo was never asked to produce the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State but it's party faithfuls.

However, the State Chairman of the party is for the whole Delta State and not Sapele local Government Area alone.

Conventionally, certain things are allowed to play in the politics of the party but that does not mean the constitution should not be adhere and respected whenever necessary.

Tactically, please have you asked yourself how come an Ibo man, Ishan man or Hausa man etc are officials and stakeholders of the great party. This is because they are party faithfuls & not Indigenous privileges.
