Hon. Opuoru Congratules Prof. Sam Oyovbaire as Chairman Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council .

The Member Representing Warri South Constituency II, Hon. Mathew Poko Opuoru has congratulated Prof Sam Oyovbaire on his well deserved appointment as the Chairman Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council by the Governor of Delta State Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

In his congratulatory message, the legislator described Prof. Sam as a father who has contributed immensely to building a long lasting Peace among Deltans. He his dedicated Chieftain of the People's Democratic Party PDP in Okpe, Delta State and Nigeria at large.

Prof Sam Oyovwaire has over the years contributed to the  Political development of Delta state. Being a leader with vast experience in coordinating and bringing Deltans together is one of the main reason the State Governor has found you worthy to Chiarman this Advisory peace building Council.
