The Member Representing Warri South Constituency II, Hon. Mathew Poko Opuoru has congratulated Chief Emmanuel Okumagba on his well deserved appointment as member Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council by the Governor of Delta State Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.
In his congratulatory message at his office in Asaba described Chief Emmanuel Okumagba as a father and leader who has contributed immensely to building a long lasting Peace among Deltans. He his dedicated Chieftain of the People's Democratic Party PDP in Warri South local government area , Delta State and Nigeria at large.
